  •  Hexagrid Products: Shipped via express air through carriers like UPS, FedEx, or DHL, with an estimated delivery time of 5-21 working days from receipt of payment, barring unforeseen delays.

  •  Lighting Tunnels: Shipped by sea, with an estimated delivery time of 6-8 weeks.

Please note that shipping times are approximate and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance and port delays. During sales and holiday periods, expect potential delays. Once an order is dispatched from our warehouse, Hexagon Europe cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays, missing, lost, or stolen packages. If you encounter any of these issues, please contact the courier directly.

    Handling Time

    Allow approximately 2-7 days for order processing before items are shipped and tracking numbers are provided. Tracking numbers will be sent via email; please ensure the correct email address is entered at checkout.

Hexagon Europe is not liable for customs clearance fees or any delays caused by customs. Our online store prices do not include overseas duties and other customs charges.     Delivered at Place (DAP) Terms

    Under DAP Incoterms, the seller is responsible for delivering the goods to a specified destination and covers all costs and risks associated with transportation up to that point. However, the buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. It's important to understand that while we ensure delivery to the designated place, any additional costs upon arrival are the buyer's responsibility.

    Hexagon Europe is not liable for customs clearance fees in your country nor responsible for holding times of packages by customs. Our prices do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur when purchasing and importing to your country. These costs are determined by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarize yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order.

    Tax Threshold Guide

    Buyers outside Norway are responsible for any import clearance fees and any applicable local taxes or import duties that may be due. We suggest contacting your local UPS, DHL, or FedEx support for further information. If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees, your item will not be refunded. This is non-negotiable.

    Shipping Damages

    Hexagon Europe is not liable for damages caused during shipping. If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact the courier to lodge a claim and email us pictures of the damages along with the claim number so we can organize replacements. Please note that replacement products may take longer to arrive.
